Huawei launched Smart Drinking Bottle running HarmonyOS

Huawei is quite fond of releasing various products outside the smartphone category running their HarmonyOS operating system.

After the PixLab X1 printer, the Chinese company is now presenting a smart drinking bottle that comes with HarmonyOS. Huawei’s smart drinking bottle is named HAERS.

Based on the sales page on VMall, HAERS can detect a number of important information related to the water stored in it. This was made possible thanks to the help of HarmonyOS and a variety of supporting sensors,

For example, information on the remaining water available in the bottle, the temperature of drinking water, and so on.

In addition, Huawei’s smart drinking bottle is also equipped with a touch screen (touchscreen) which can display various information, ranging from the name or signature of the bottle owner, to the status of the temperature and remaining water.

In terms of connectivity, this smart drinking bottle is equipped with Bluetooth support, which allows devices to be connected to a smartphone smartphone.

That way, users don’t have to bother opening the bottle cap to just check the remaining water available.

So, in order to operate optimally, the HAERS smart drinking bottle is equipped with a 250 mAh battery which is claimed to last up to 20 days on a single charge.

As for the design, the look of the HAERS smart bottle looks premium. The outer side of the bottle is coated with stainless steel material (stainless steel) type 316L which comes in three color variants, namely black, blue, and white.

For its own water capacity, HAERS can accommodate up to 440 ml of drinking water and has an IPX7 water resistance certificate, which is claimed to be able to withstand immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes. That means, users don’t need to hesitate to wash this smart bottle.

In addition, the protective layer in the bottle is also said to be able to kill 99 percent of bacteria in the water, and the temperature of the water in the bottle is also claimed to be maintained for up to 12 hours.

In China, this HAERS is sold for 159 yuan.

It is not known whether this Huawei smart drinking bottle will be marketed outside the China or not.
