In the popular Geekbench 5 benchmark, the first test results of various models from the iPhone 13 line appeared. They are united by the Apple A15 Bionic processor, although they differ in the amount of RAM.
The iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 each have 4GB of RAM, while the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max have 6GB of RAM each. The maximum clock speed of the A15 Bionic is 3.23GHz, which is 8% faster than the 14 Bionic at 2.99GHz.
The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max topped the Geekbench rankings, leaving both other brands and previous iPhones far behind. The A15 Bionic processor in single-threaded mode turned out to be 9% more productive, and in multi-threaded mode it was 15.7% more productive than the A14 Bionic. In the Metal test, the iPhone 13 Pro scored 14,216 points, 55% more than the iPhone 12 Pro.
