OnePlus has unveiled a special edition of the Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition smartphone. The novelty was created in collaboration with Bandai Namco and is made in the style of the cult arcade game Pac-Man, which was released in 1980.
The Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. At the top of the front panel there is a 32 MP front camera. The main camera is equipped with three sensors, the main sensor is a 50 MP Sony IMX766 with an aperture of f /1.8, supplemented by an 8-megapixel “width” with an aperture of f / 2.2, the third sensor is a 2-megapixel macro lens.
For the computing capabilities in the smartphone, the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor is responsible, which is paired with LPDDR4X RAM and a UFS 3.1 flash drive. The user can choose from a single modification with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of permanent memory.
The device can install two physical SIM cards, support for 5G networks, WiFi generation 6E, Bluetooth version 5.2 and NFC module for contactless payment is declared. The satellite navigation system supports GPS, Galileo, GLONASS and Beidou. Among other things, the novelty is equipped with stereo speakers, there is USB-C and all the necessary sensors, such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, proximity sensor and lighting. A fingerprint scanner is built into the display.
For the autonomy of the gadget, there is a 4500 mAh battery with support for 65 W fast charging. The smartphone out of the box runs on the Android 11 operating system with the proprietary shell OxygenOS 11. The dimensions of the device are: 159.12 x 73.31 x 8.25 mm, and the weight is 189 g.
OnePlus Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition will go on sale November 16 at a price of 529 euros (43 620 rubles).
