One of the mobile battle royale games PUBG Mobile (PUBGM) announced that it will present their latest mobile game series called PUBG: New State at the end of February 2021.
PUBG: New State, the game that was just announced brings a number of changes. These updates include more futuristic visual components, features and gameplay elements.
With the changes that have made players curious, this can be seen from the registration on the Google Play Store which has exceeded five million pre-registrations. In a post on Twitter @PUBG_Newstate, announced the achievement.
Currently, pre-registration for the game is open on the Google Play Store for users worldwide except Vietnam, India and China. Meanwhile, pre-registration on iOS will roll out at a later date, said PUBG Studio, according to a Dot Esports report.
The game developed by Krafton’s PUBG Studios will adopt the modern style of the battle royale genre with a background in 2051.
Various updates in the latest PUBG game are also revealed in a 1-minute video trailer uploaded by the PUBG: New State channel on Youtube.
PUBG: New State is a futuristic version of the PUBGM game that presents a modern, war-like look in the future. Meanwhile, this game will have a game background in 2051. Players will also be able to use a variety of more sophisticated weapon technologies along with new equipment that was not previously available in PUBG: Mobile.
For example, the drone or shield seen in the video trailer. At first glance, these new features are similar to those in Call of Duty: Mobile.
Not to forget the various vehicles that you can ride, such as motorbikes or cars, which also seem to carry a more futuristic design.
In the official PUBG Studio statement, they promised to provide a very real graphic sensation to the PUBG game: New State, according to what they displayed in the PUBG PC and console games.
For availability, PUBG: New State is planned to launch before 2022 on the Android and iOS platforms.
