On December 28, Xiaomi is rumored to present a new line of flagship smartphones. Insiders have already revealed all the details about two models – Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro.
Reporter Evan Blass tweeted the Xiaomi 12 renders that are likely to be used in promotional and informational materials. These renders fully reveal the design of the novelty: it can be seen that the smartphone will have an almost borderless 6.28-inch screen with a miniature round cutout for the front camera, the main camera consists of three modules, the main of which is 50-megapixel, and the back cover is slightly textured, then it will not collect fingerprints.
From previous leaks, we know that Xiaomi 12 will receive an AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution (2400 × 1080 pixels), HDR10 + support and adaptive refresh rate up to 120 Hz, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and a 4500 mAh battery with 67-watt wired and 30 watt wireless charging.
At least two versions of Xiaomi 12 will be released, differing in memory: 8 + 128 GB and 12 + 256 GB. The first will cost 3,699 yuan in China, and the second 4,399 yuan (42,500 and 50,600 rubles, respectively).
Xiaomi 12 Pro, according to insiders, will differ from the younger model in the screen. The front camera cutout has shifted from the middle to the left edge, but the main thing is that it uses the most advanced AMOLED matrix with a Quad HD + resolution at the moment, made on the basis of E5 luminescent material, second generation LTPO materials, Mirco-Lens microprism technology and intelligent dynamic frequency technology update the image. A video appeared on the Xiaomi page on the Weibo social network, which shows the operation of the Xiaomi 12 Pro screen: it smoothly changes the refresh rate depending on the dynamics (in the system interface 120, when watching videos and in games 60 Hz, and in a static picture 10 Hz). It is also known that the Xiaomi 12 Pro will support 120W high-speed charging.
