Other speculations also point out that there will be three different versions of the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5. These models will be equipped with the Snapdragon 860, 870 and 888. However, according to rumors, the three models will not be presented at the same time and one of them can be made official only at the end of the year.
Finally, the Mi Pad 5 can still count on a display with a tablet system similar to what is seen with the Mi Mix Fold. With that, it is possible to expect some functions such as a portable PC mode, drag and drop on two screens, parallel windows and a conference secretary.

Xiaomi is finally ready to launch a major competitor for high-performance Android tablets this year, with the debut of two models in the line Mi Pad 5. New information shared by the Chinese website MyDrivers reveal that the company prepares assemblies with powerful specifications.
It is said that the Mi Pad 5 will arrive in two versions with different screen sizes, without revealing the size, it is said that the smallest will receive the Dimensity 1200 processor from MediaTek, but information about battery and the rest of the hardware is still unknown.
The larger version promises to be not only the most interesting, but also the most powerful. With an 11-inch screen, the device will offer the powerful Snapdragon 870 processor designed by Qualcomm (an updated version of the Snapdragon 865 Plus that equipped the main smartphones of 2020), display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a sampling rate of 480 Hz .
The 11-inch Mi Pad 5 should still be equipped with a battery capacity of 8,000 mAh and offer some kind of fast charging, which we still don’t know which one it will be.
Xiaomi would also be preparing an interface adapted from MIUI that was implemented on Mi Mix Fold with desktop mode, floating windows, home menu and taskbar. There is still no forecast for announcements for tablets, but it is expected that they will be revealed later this semester.
